The April 15 bombings killed three people and injured more than 260 bystanders.
Dzhokhar's older brother, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was gunned down in a battle with police, while Dzhokhar has been hospitalized for over a month.
“I could just feel that he was being driven crazy by the unfairness that happened to us, that they killed our innocent Tamerlan,” his mother said, standing by the family’s belief that their kids are innocent.
And she's not alone.A number of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev fan sites have popped up that allege conspiracy theories and continue to claim that the 19-year old and his sibling were set up.
