T.B. Joshua set to buy top club in Ghana

Footy-ghana.com can reveal that the General Overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet Temitope Balogun is close to completing a take-over of first division outfit Wassaman United.

According to highly placed sources, Prophet T.B. Joshua will change the name of the club to Emmanuel Stars FC, which will compete in the Division One League next season.

Footy-ghana.com understands that this is the second time Prophet T.B. Joshua has attempted to get a stake in Ghana football, but in the first instance, an attempt to set up a second division side fell through.

Footy-ghana.com can, however, confirm that Prophet T.B. Joshua will complete the Wassaman United takeover within the next few days.

The SCOAN overseer is widely known as a seer who sees into the future and he has made predictions on football matches on the continent.
