The twerking sensational superstar,Miley Cyrus is on the cover of the Oct. 10 issue of  Rolling Stone magazine, sticking out her signature tongue. The singer calls herself a "semi-nudist" in the mag and judging by the magazine's cover, that's quite an understatement.
