WTF !! Nigerian Woman Harassed And Beaten For Wearing Short Dress

Is really  annoyed to see stupid or unreasonable people taking the law into their hands to do anything they want.We all know some ladies can go to the extreme when it comes to their outfit and sometimes can be classified as indecent. But since there is no law which goes against it's not illegal.
