Gyan sets UAE goal-scoring record as the best striker ever to grace the UAE.

Record-breaker: Gyan has scored more goals this season than any other in UAE football history.
Asamoah Gyan’s brace was enough to break the record for number of goals in a single UAE top-flight season but could not deliver three points as Bani Yas came from two goals down to draw 2-2 in Al Ain.

Gyan secured the record for goals in a Pro League season with his brace and there must now be a case to be made that the Ghanaian is the best striker ever to grace the UAE. With his two goals Gyan took his season tally to 30 while he now has 52 Pro League goals in total since arriving in the Garden City.
