The reality star has allegedly been told to rest up by doctors after been given the all clear following the false alarm.
The 32-year-old had been enjoying Paris Fashion Week with her boyfriend Kanye West but things got a bit scary on her flight back to LA.
Speaking to Page Six, a source said, "Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed.
"She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage."
Kim was sent home at 12:30 a.m after receiving the all clear following an examination but insiders claim doctors told Kardashian she has been pushing it too much with work and exercise.
The source added, "Kim's not respecting her pregnancy.
"She's running around, working out seven days a week. She's working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer."
Insiders claim her workouts are being driven over fears of how her pregnancy will affect her already curvacious figure.
The insider revealed, "She's scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south.
"But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down."
