On the back of his recent working visit to Ghana last Monday 25th of March, philanthropist and chairman of Microsoft, Bill Gates, has been full of praises for the country’s healthcare system on his website, The Gates Notes.
The former chief executive and founder of the world’s largest personal-computer software company indicated that he is “excited” about the country’s future.
He mentioned the country’s decreasing mortality rate, increased use of mobile phones to improve maternal and childcare, and a strengthening democracy as reasons for his optimism.
